Document Checklist

What you'll need to have handy

  • Two most recent pay stubs (or 2 years of returns if self-employed)
  • Two most recent months of bank and asset statements (all pages)
  • Two years of W-2s or 1099s
  • Photo ID for each borrower
  • Any divorce decrees, bankruptcy discharges, or child-support orders (if applicable)
  • Signed purchase contract once you're under contract
